Five Steps to Aged Care Placement

Our placement service is founded upon the accepted approach of the "Five Steps to Entry into Residential Aged Care" as published by the Commonwealth Government. The Five Steps is a convenient and logical method to arranging aged care placement.

The Five Steps are:
Step 1 - Assessing Eligibility for Residential Aged Care
Step 2 - Finding the Right Aged Care Home
Step 3 - Understanding the Financials
Step 4 - Making the Applications
Step 5 - Moving In

However, our placement service has added a number of refinements and has streamlined the process. We have incorporated our experience and knowledge into the process. We have built a number of information rich databases about aged care facilities.

We receive vacancy information on a regular basis from our network of admission coordinators and Director's of Nursing.
